What we offer
MEasurement of Air volume and calculation of air changes per hour
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the intake air quantities in the room are sufficient and that the number of air exchanges in the room is in accordance with the requirements. The room volume and the total airflow volume are used to calculate the number of air changes per hour. The obtained value is compared with the predefined acceptable value.
Particle Count and room classification
The purpose of the test is to determine the quantity of particles present in the room and to determine the cleanliness grade in accordance with standards (ISO standard 14644-1, EU-GMP, FS290e). The device used for the test is the laser particle counter.
HEPA Filter Integrity testing and sealing joints
The purpose of the test is to demonstrate and validate the filter integrity –leak monitoring of the HEPA filters installed in different areas like. The purpose of the test is to determine whether the HEPA filters are intact and properly installed and to test the sealing joints (appropriateness of housing and other surfaces).
Regulate and adjust the operation of the HVAC system
We also regulate and adjust the operation of the HVAC system in order to achieve the required parameters (air exchanges in the room, appropriate pressures between rooms, etc.).
Airflow Uniformity in UDF
The purpose of the filter face airflow velocity test is to document the average airflow velocity and uniformity of the filter face in unidirectional airflow.
Temperature control test
The purpose of the test is to demonstrate the ability of the AHU's to provide the required temperature in critical and controlled areas.
Humidity Control Test
The purpose of the test is to demonstrate the capability of air handling system to control relative humidity at the specified level in each room in critical area and controlled areas.
Measurement of pressure differentials across different rooms
The purpose of the test is to demonstrate the capability of the air system to provide pressure gradient among the different room. A device used for the test is the differential pressure meter.
Air movement Test
The purpose of the test is to the consistency of the design and actual pressure differences and the direction between the rooms, thereby proving the separation of cleanrooms from unclean and clean rooms of different classes.
Air Flow Visualization Test
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the ventilation-filtration system is capable of protecting critical area from contamination by particles from the surrounding area and find out if the direction of air movement in a cleanroom is correct. The devices used for the test are the smoke generator and a camera or a camcorder.
Determination of Recovery Time to establish initial state
The purpose of the test is to determine the time required for the room to return to the prescribed cleanliness grade after the artificial generation of particles (especially for rooms with unlaminated air flow) according to standard. Devices used for the test are the laser particle counter and a smoke generator.
Calibration Laboratory
The Calibration Laboratory was established in 2017 for users of Climet particle counters located in Slovenia. This is to reduce the time the user hasn’t the instruments not available due to periodic recalibration. Company Klimer provide the periodical calibration and maintenance activity of remote particle counters Climet CI-3100 and organizing the calibration and service activity with company Rigel for all the other equipment.
Leak Proof Testing for air ducts in HVAC
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the air ducts are gorge.
other measurements
Measurement of compressed air or gas
Measurements of pure steam
Calibration of sensors (pressure, humidity, temperature)
